Please be aware that if an item is returned because of incorrect ring size you must arrange shipping costs back to us for resizing and return back to you.  This applies to ALL items purchased at MikesDesigns.com.au. Please take your time when choosing your ring size.  You may use our ring size tool.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than MikesDesigns.com.au ), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. We do not allow returns on custom jobs or different size bangle bracelets to what we list on our site. Returns with no MikesDesigns.com.au return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return a diamond or jewelry item to MikesDesigns.com.au, follow our three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 03 9752 9482, and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code next to your name on the back of the package where your "from" address information is.

2. Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in the box, including a copy of the invoice, do not write MikesDesigns.com.au anywhere on the outside of the box.

3. Insurance. Unfortunately Australia post does not insure any form of jewellery.
